Architecture studio. The plenty. 1000 books, 2000 movies, 3000 models. Personal artificial intelligence. Your voice talking with the world. Coming home from the edge of the world. Global problems.
Meteora: Mechanics of Architecture in an Intelligent World gathers the best of 2019–2025 from the architecture studio Meteora at the Chair of Digital Architectonics, Institute of Technology in Architecture, ETH Zurich. In the studio, students design by talking to the world: with a personal artificial intelligence, with a library of a thousand books, two thousand films and three thousand models, with voices from the edge of the world. The book presents student projects, texts and conversations alongside essays on architectonic bodies, schematic words and the mechanics of architecture in an intelligent world.
